How This Book Came About

After my time in the US Navy I had gained a greater appreciation for the importance of the Constitution, philosophy, history and politics.  Picking up books here and there as time went by.  One of them a book of summaries of scotus decisions on every clause of the Constitution. Not until a heated "debate" took place 15 years later did I really dig in to it.  The "debate" was about the Constitutionally subversive act known as the National Popular vote compact. To have seen these summaries and also have read a few relevant scotus decisions during my research and have the "faithless Elector" case decision come out just floored me. 9 to 0, 7 agreeing on a majority opinion  and 2 agreeing for different reasons yet all 9 are absolutely wrong and "The Electoral College for Patriots" proves it.
